Selenium uses your connected B12 organization's access and existing credits. If an operation is unavailable, check that you connected the intended account and organization. Support can investigate access errors and unexpected usage.

For a saved assessment, include its reference in your support email. A partial result means the search is incomplete; it does not establish that a molecule cannot be made.
